Educational visit to “Speltarium”
On this rainy and last day of January, a group of young people from the NGO Our action and the NGO Green home visited the Speltarium in Zabjelo to learn more about this wonderful virgin wheat grass. Speltarium with a lot of effort, experimentation and work was built by a small company Permakultura.me-Academy for Urban Ecological Engineering. We were hosted by our dear Aleksandrina Vujacic, an engineer, professor and designer of permaculture who motivated us with her detailed and honest presentation on the battle for the perfect product – an extract of young spelled grass. The NGO Our action organized this activity as part of the program “Nature for the physical and mental health of young people” and is funded through the institutional support of the European Endowment for Democracy.
