The International Clean Coast Day is organized by @ zero.waste.montenegro in cooperation with @nvo_nasa_akcija, and under the auspices of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, the Ministry of Ecology, Urbanism and Spatial Planning, the EU Info Center, Beyond Plastic, the MED Association and the Prince Albert II Foundation, through project “Youth for a clean Adriatic”. At the local level, as every year so far, the action is supported by the Tourist Organization of Kotor and the Utility Company Kotor.
“We thank everyone who came out to meet us and helped us to mark this day, and leave this wonderful place for swimming in a beautiful condition. We appeal to the Utility Company Kotor to return the container that was in this location until 2019 and thus perhaps motivate bathers and other visitors to dispose of waste at an appropriate location. ” says the Organizational Manager of the NGO Naša akcija Vuk Koljenšić.
