What leadership means and why the best students are not leaders
In the premises of the NGO Naša akcija, in Njegoševa 9 in Podgorica, an introductory workshop “What does leadership mean and why light bearers are not leaders” was held. This workshop is the introductory part of the hands on leadership school for which applications run from November 1st to 5th. In the introductory workshop, we talked about the concept of leadership, focused on the elementary concepts and skills that leaders have, as well as the often misconception that light bearers are leaders. The workshop was held by Patricia Pobrić, Master of Organizational Leadership, and the school was supported by the European Endowment for Democracy.
